McKinley Elementary Benefit Performance

North Park's own award-winning Eveoke Dance Theater (http://www.eveoke.org/) is coming to McKinley Elementary for a benefit performance that explores the meaning of building community.  The performance will explore how we see the world around us.  How can we find common ground with people who are different from us?  In a world that is ever more connected through technology, are we really getting closer to each other, or further apart?  Come out and get closer to your neighbors and help make our community stronger by supporting the music and arts programs at McKinley, Friday, May 14th, at 6:30 in the McKinley Elementary School Auditorium on the corner of Redwood and Felton Streets.   Guest performances by McKinley elementary students who attended the Eveoke dance residency program.  Donations of $5 encouraged.
