A community of ethnic Ethiopian and Eriterian
evangelical Christians in San Diego, California. Our Church started as a
small Bible study 1992, and by God's grace, has now grown to a
congregation of hundreds of families. During much of its history,
Maranatha was shepherded by Pastor Melaku Mekuria who is faithfully
serving the Church to date. Our Church exists to bring glory to God, to love one another and to reach the world around us with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
