In that same Spirit
we want to invite the Christians of South
Park.North Park.Golden Hill to be found together on June 4th at an ecumenical
Pentecost Party.
The Rock & Roll
Marathon runs through our neighborhoods on June 4th and will interfere plenty
with our many Sunday morning services but by 4pm all ought to back to normal.
Our hosts at Christ
United Presbyterian Church are providing a wonderful venue with plenty of seats
and standing room, bottled water, live music and people from up to 42
congregations.
Here is what you need to do:
Bring enough food,
utensils, plates and cups, coolers and even a 10x10 canopy; enough for the
number in your delegation. We want to be able to identify as individuals and
also as distinct congregations so be prepared to share about your church with
printed materials too.
