A while back I wrote about how Golden Hill, once considered the next San Diego hotspot, is giving redevelopment another try.

Videographer Salvador Arellano caught up with Kathryn Willetts, a Golden Hill-based architect who has been active in recent efforts to revitalize 25th Street, the neighborhood's main retail corridor.
