A Vocabulary for Faith

We all have a mother tongue, a native language that has shaped our self-understanding and self-expression. Our accents, our vocabulary, our phrasing are all used to navigate daily life, while also reflecting who we are. Early church leaders wrote the Apostles Creed to provide a vocabulary for expressing the essential beliefs of Christians. The meaning of the Apostles Creed provides the language we need to navigate our daily lives while reflecting our Christian faith. Join us Sunday for our current sermon series A Vocabulary for Faith on the Apostles Creed. This week we will be studying John 20:24-31 as we seek to understand what it means to confess "I believe."
